My husband and I first met Rob like 5 years ago and knew he was the only agent we would want. Flash forward, widowed now and needed guidance in all the nuances of selling our home. Rob came equipped with show and tell, of what's been on market, how market works, etc. Then helped me decide on pricing. Each encounter was like talking to a good friend. He held my hand throughout and made sure I was informed at all times on the status of the listing, the showings, feedback from other agents (quite good info) and wondered if I had questions.
