Loved working with Lisa!

I wouldn’t be surprised if Lisa thought I was crazy when I told her the type of property I was looking for, it was definitely a unicorn! But she listened to my needs and we found the “perfect” house. She was very responsive and transparent, and walked me through every step of the process. There were multiple offers on the property I wanted but with her experience we ended up with the house and we closed quickly. Very glad Lisa was my realtor and look forward to working with her again.

Excellent agent!

Lisa is the best agent! She has so much knowledge and is so helpful and goes out of her way to help in any way possible. I have worked with her twice now and am using her now in the sale of my townhouse. Her response time is excellent. Her suggestions are excellent and she has suggested very good repair people to do work. All transactions with her have been smooth and very quick. She gets stuff done and works hard for her clients.

Highly Recommend Lisa

Lisa was amazing to work with! Her communication was great and she answered immediately most of the time or got back to me within a couple hours if she was busy. She handled a very complex sale with a lot of back and forth and nail biting like a pro and really went to bat for me in all negotiations and she got the deal done. I will definitely be calling Lisa in the future if I need an agent. Thank you Lisa for such a wonderful experience and for being someone I could always count on in this process!

Went above and beyond to ensure a smooth out-of-state buying process for us!

We feel so fortunate in getting connected with Lisa Lewis. After our first meeting, we knew she was someone we could trust. We never felt she was trying to sell us a house, but that she was there to answer questions and help us make the best decision for our family. She was patient as we traveled from California to look at homes in the PNW over several months and educated us on the market. She was always responsive and communicative, and always showed up prepared. Every time we viewed a new property Lisa would perform a careful inspection, calling out signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finishes and things we wouldn’t have noticed. In short, Lisa was always on our side, doing the batting for us. We highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home or relocating to the PNW area. Lisa is incredibly knowledgable of the area and will go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met.

Excellence͏ in Every Way! Lisa is a wonderful realtor. After my dad's passing, she was the glue that held me together. I live in Wisconsin, and had to sell my dad's house, and settle his estate in Washington. I was in my last year of graduate school, and was just beginning my internship. Lisa took care of everything for me! I really mean everything. She supervised the clean out, found a painter, picked out carpet, hired a cleaning service, got the roof cleaned, and even cut the low hanging tree branches herself. I truly do not know what I would have done without her. She made the hardship I was experiencing bearable. It was one of the hardest thing I have had to do in my life, and I truly could not have done it with her help. Thank you, Lisa!
