Her recommendations for lending and home inspections saved us so much grief and thankfully helped us even catch a root intrusion on our piping before we purchased that would have cost us $3k to fix. Pauline is very knowledgeable about what it takes to do her job. On top of that, she is a professional, friendly, considerate and caring. She understood what we needed for our home to sell. Not only sell but to get the maximum price! Following her advice, we took care of all the repairs and updating essentials to showcase our home for our Open House! Her technique to maximize potential buyers was to only have the Open House for 2 1/2 days, half a day Sunday, Monday and all offers by the end of Tuesday. We were concerned for only that short of time, but we trusted her. On Wednesday she brought with her 16 offers to our table. We sat down with her and talked about each offer. We decided to accept the offer from a couple that was expecting their first baby so that they could enjoy our home like we did raising our 5 children! Not to mention their offer was $40,000 over our asking price! That wasn't our main reason because another family was willing to pay more($55,000).
