Laura has helped us buy two houses and sell one! She is amazing at what she does and always goes the extra mile. Super attentive and responsive and really knows what she is talking about when it comes to evaluating homes for our needs. Her recommendations for lending and home inspections saved us so much grief and thankfully helped us even catch a root intrusion on our piping before we purchased that would have cost us $3k to fix. Definitely recommend Laura Yoder for buying or selling and will use her again if we ever do!
