I especially loved how she was blunt and didn’t hide anything from us. If she thought there was an issue. She would make sure to explain why it was an issue and what we should do to fix it. as a first time homeowner I am very grateful that I went with Susan. She is very professional and follows all guidelines to make sure that her clients are well taken care of.
