We met Mark at an open house on another property. We did not have an agent at the time, just casually looking. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Fast forward 3 weeks later on a Sunday morning around 8am, we noticed the property that we purchased was available on the market. I sent Mark a text right then and explained we would like to tour the property and we wanted him to be our agent. Mark made himself available the same day, he was now our agent and showed us the property. I had a few questions about the property, I expected I would have to wait until Monday for answers, this was not the case, Mark delivered with in a couple hours. With those questions answered we made an offer, Mark was helpful and knowledgeable with the negotiations and walked us through every step of the process and his communication was top notch!
