Susan’s response time is incredible. She made sure to give us all the information that we were needing about marketing and details of the house. I especially loved how she was blunt and didn’t hide anything from us. If she thought there was an issue. She would make sure to explain why it was an issue and what we should do to fix it. as a first time homeowner I am very grateful that I went with Susan. She is very professional and follows all guidelines to make sure that her clients are well taken care of.

She made sure we were making decisions that were smart for us through the whole experience. Very knowledgeable, and a great communicator. She was there for us whenever we needed her.
