Lindsay goes far beyond what you'd ever expect from a realtor. This Estate sale was very overwhelming for me. Lindsay literally rolled up her sleeves to help in every way imaginable to ease the stress and reduce my workload... she is truly an exceptional human being. Lindsay's kindness and compassion made an otherwise untenable situation bearable and I will be forever grateful for her invaluable support, and patience, in guiding me throughout the process. With Lindsay's dedication and professional eye for marketing the house was sold so very quickly and favorably to our terms. I HIGHLY recommend Lindsay Loreen...I cannot stress enough the value Lindsay will bring to you as your realtor.

My wife and I needed to sell our house due to health reasons and I was looking for a good agent and walked in to Remax and met John. When I met him he was more like and old friend than an agent, very relaxing and open to listening to my reasons for selling the house. He jumped right in without asking and prepped the house for sale with his two sons on his own time. When he was done, he listed the house, and it sold in under a week for a lot more than the asking price. This would have never happened if wasn't for his efforts and knowledge on how to get the house ready. I would recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Having John Irion as my realtor was a very good experience! he is friendly , knowledgeable and kept me informed and updated constantly. He also got a very quick closing on my property which I appreciated so much.

Sy is truly an exceptional human; I've had the pleasure of working with him a few times now and I was always delighted when I got to view a house with him. He's knowledgeable, works with integrity and passion, and obviously cares a lot about his job and helping the people he works with. Fantastic response times, amazing communication, and just an all around pleasant experience.

Sy is a model of what a Realtor should be. Highly competent, personable, creative, and strategic. With his guidance you will come out ahead on your transaction, so don't try to go it alone when there is someone as skilled as Sy. Highly recommend!

Sy was, and is, great to work with! Very responsive and helpful.
