After CitiBank refused to finance me for my home due to a completely inept mortgage rep, I felt like giving up but Yma didn't give up on me. She referred me to someone at BECU and made sure that I got everything I needed to them as quickly as possible. She also was highly instrumental in keeping the seller aware of what was going on. We ended up closing just two weeks later! Yma is highly skilled in every aspect of being a realtor.
