As an experienced Real Estate Broker with over 30 years in the industry, I have a passion for service, attention to detail, and communication that sets me apart from my competitors. I value my continued relationship with clients and referrals of their family and friends that have continue to grow my business. I discovered my love of Real Estate when I started my professional career in 1982 as the assistant to the President of Property Management for Old National Bank. Although we primarily dealt with commercial real estate, it sparked my desire to learn more. In 1989, I became a licensed real estate broker and started my career helping sellers, buyers, and investors with all their real estate needs. Being in the industry this long, I have experience navigating and enduring the highs and lows of the market. What keeps me going is the joy I get from handing keys to a first-time home buyer or helping a seller make a sale of their home or an investor find a property to flip! Serving hundreds of clients and their referrals has helped me develop sharp skills in problem solving, negotiating, protecting my clients, and putting their needs first. I'm a born-and-raised Washingtonian who grew up in the small town of Odessa and moved to the west side a few years after graduating high school. In 1987, I married my high school sweetheart. In 1994, we moved our family to Gig Harbor where we raised our three girls (all graduates of Peninsula High School). I cherished being involved in their soccer programs and golf teams, and loved volunteering in their classrooms. In my spare time I enjoy boating, gardening, vacationing with my family, gathering in the backyard with friends for barbecues and pickle-ball and taking my labradoodle, Barley, for walks on the beach. Ronda stuck with us for over 3 years before she found us the perfect home.

We were long distance buyers. We regularly received information about homes on the market. We specifically were looking for a single story home, but looked at other possibilities due to the dearth of that style home in Gig Harbor. We asked Ronda to show us a couple of homes on our last visit. Ronda was invaluable during the purchase process especially because we were out of towners. She attended the inspection and followed up on the item that needed mitigation. We highly recommend Ronda.

Buying and/or selling, look no further!

We had already found and purchased our new home and Anastasia was able to create a pricing and marketing strategy to meet our specific needs to sell our current home quickly without sacrificing price and during a cooler market time (October). She listened to our needs with regard to timelines, worked around our schedules and had the right team in place to take amazing photos after working with us side by side to get the home photo ready. She was our advocate at every turn, communicated with us based on our preferences and sold our home in 4 days after successfully negotiating multiple offers to maximize our sales price. She was also our agent that secured our new home. From touring our new home, buying it and selling our existing home all in 30 days, she helped us start a whole new life for our family and we are extremely grateful. It was a lot of change in a short amount of time and she guided me through it all. I have nothing but trust and appreciation for Anastasia. She is the whole package.
