Kyle was immeasurably helpful in my search for a home. He was dedicated and motivated. I was located out of state for most of my home search and without his outstanding knowledge of the area and market I would have been hopeless in my search. When I flew in, on almost no notice, he scrambled to schedule tours of homes. I highly recommend him.

To sum up my experience while buying my second home using Kyle Pease as my agent, it was amazing! Kyle not only has a wealth of knowledge, he is patient and hardworking, I could reach out to him at anytime I had a question or wanted to view a property and he would quickly respond and either answer my question or set up an appointment to view the property in question. I am not an easy person to deal with because I get easily stressed out and several times during the process before closing on my home I found myself anxious and stressed about this or that and Kyle was always calm and reassuring towards me and never did he act as if I was being unreasonable or silly he would just get to the root of what was bothering me and then find an appropriate way to reassure me and help me get settled down. He really has his clients best interests in mind in everything he does during the process of buying a home and I would assume things are exactly the same for his clients that are sellers. My home buying experience with Kyle was incredibly easy. When I say easy, I mean he was easy to work with, easy to communicate with, easy to get ahold of and easy to get information from. While looking for homes in a hot market, he was upfront and honest with me. He would show houses when I asked at the last minute and always kept the search focused on what I wanted. I never felt pressured to look outside my comfort zone or to stretch my budget. If you want to work with a true professional and someone you can really relate too, Kyle is the agent for you. I will 100% work with him during any future home purchases.

We lived in our home for 18 years and when we finally decided to downsize, Kyle made it easier than we expected. He was caring (about my anxiety) as well as comforting and very professional. The sale went faster than we thought it would and he kept us up to speed the whole time and even found us a place to rent, until we fugure out our next step! I would ABSOLUTELY use his services again and will definitely be referring him, to anyone looking to buy or sale!
