Buying and/or selling, look no further!

We had already found and purchased our new home and Anastasia was able to create a pricing and marketing strategy to meet our specific needs to sell our current home quickly without sacrificing price and during a cooler market time (October). She listened to our needs with regard to timelines, worked around our schedules and had the right team in place to take amazing photos after working with us side by side to get the home photo ready. She was our advocate at every turn, communicated with us based on our preferences and sold our home in 4 days after successfully negotiating multiple offers to maximize our sales price. She was also our agent that secured our new home. From touring our new home, buying it and selling our existing home all in 30 days, she helped us start a whole new life for our family and we are extremely grateful. It was a lot of change in a short amount of time and she guided me through it all. I have nothing but trust and appreciation for Anastasia. She is the whole package.

We are happy to recommend Dan and Pam Olague . They helped us sell our first home, a piece of acreage, and buy our second home. In a rough early 2026 market, they were realistic and helped us set a reasonable price on the sale of that home. They went above and beyond by keeping in touch with frequent emails and phone calls. Pam got bids and managed repairs. And when there were snags, they responded professionally and explained to us what was going on. We had complete confidence in them throughout the entire experience.
