So we had a very challenging seller and selling agent that Sue was able to navigate through to get a successful outcome. As a seller that has not sold a home in over 25 years, I appreciated both Dan and Pam's knowledge of today's real estate market, and its' nuances. They both bring different positive talents in communicating this to the seller. I especially appreciated the timely responses to my questions as the selling process advanced. I was very sensitive in ensuring a potential buyer would be a good steward of my home and property. By bringing the buyer and seller together at just the right moment in the transaction, I realized the home would be well taken care of in the future.
