An excellent team effort in communicating to the seller.

As a seller that has not sold a home in over 25 years, I appreciated both Dan and Pam's knowledge of today's real estate market, and its' nuances. They both bring different positive talents in communicating this to the seller. I especially appreciated the timely responses to my questions as the selling process advanced. I was very sensitive in ensuring a potential buyer would be a good steward of my home and property. By bringing the buyer and seller together at just the right moment in the transaction, I realized the home would be well taken care of in the future. The home sold on the first offer for the listed selling price. Dan and Pam were very instrumental in the transaction going smoothly, and a positive outcome was easily reached.
