Tamara Dowd represented my wife Judy and me on the sale of two pieces of property one of which was our primary residence and the other which was a piece of vacant land. The two pieces of property were sold together as one transaction. The transaction was complex due to the location of the properties as well as the multiple Parcel nature of the sale. Tamara was nothing short of fantastic!! Her experience, knowledge of the local market and command of the sales process were instrumental to our success. She was available when we needed her and was quick to contact us as soon as she came across information we needed to know. At the same time as we were selling Tamara was representing us as we purchased our new primary residence. As soon as we finished this purchase we immediately went on to purchase an additonal condo. Again Tamara was crucial to our success for all the reasons already listed. This makes for 3 transactions encompassing 4 pieces of property in the space of about 120 days. As far as Judy and I are concerned we have only one real estate agent going forward and it is Tamara Dowd.
