After CitiBank refused to finance me for my home due to a completely inept mortgage rep, I felt like giving up but Yma didn't give up on me. She referred me to someone at BECU and made sure that I got everything I needed to them as quickly as possible. She also was highly instrumental in keeping the seller aware of what was going on.
