Colleen is an exceptional communicator and is extremely knowledgeable about market trends. She kept us informed at every step of the process. Additionally, she held several open houses to attract potential buyers, which was something our previous realtor did not do.

Kate is an Amazing real estate agent! Her professionalism, extra efforts, pleasant personality, and communication throughout the listing process, throughout the showings in which she attended every showing, and through the closing exceeds other agents in the industry expressing her dedication to her clients and skills. She is the best and earns the top agent award! Kate is considerate of everyone's valuable time factor, and is efficient with planning meetings, showings, and touching base. Her texts and emails were professional, accurate and friendly, and she wouldn't hesitate to call when we needed to connect even with not the best of news moments. We additionally appreciate that when there was a more legal question Kate would discuss with her Managing Broker for the correct answers. Kate listened to us and understood our time frame requirements and entertained this with sincerity and consideration, bringing extra stress on her to perform. Repeatedly Kate's strong knowledge of the market and real estate industry was obvious. Kate stepped up with contractors that were capable and available to complete any Home Inspection requirements. Kate continued to keep us informed of the closing after our signing as on the day of funding we were travelling to our new home. She's stayed in touch with us post closing including even helping us with mail that was delivered to our address as our forwarding wasn't available in the USPS system - what real estate agent takes the time after the commission is paid...Kate does! She even paid the expense to send our mail to us! Her customer service is unbeatable and beyond expectations! We look forward to staying in touch with Kate, and will highly recommend her to family, friends, and all for their real estate transactions.

My wife and I just bought our first house and worked with Will as our agent. I loved that I was able to easily communicate with him via text/phone. Will was incredible fast and accommodating to our work schedules for booking showings and communicating plans/offers etc. We made a few offers on houses and he was never pushy or pressuring for us, mostly just provided education and guidance. He is a totally normal person which seemed like more of rarity among real estate agents. I think he did an excellent job helping us and I would absolutely recommend him.
