Mike and his team successfully guided us thru the preparation, pricing, marketing, negotiations and sale of our home. Anytime you buy or sell one of the largest purchases of your life it can be very emotional. Mike was there to guide us through the ups and downs. Having worked with Mike before to purchase my first home, I reached out to him early on (well before listing my home for sale) to get some advice on the house sale process and what items could be done preemptively.
