Nina is the absolute BEST! She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, tenacious and genuinely cares about you - Nina held my hand from start to close! Nina is also a virtuoso puppeteer orchestrating everything; showings, handling emails, texts and phone calls, inspections, contractors, lenders and realtors all while keeping me up to date on the latest happenings. Nina was amazing from the first discussion (over Zoom, I was buying in the area prior to moving from out of state.) She is very knowledgeable about the various areas in the Triangle and pointed out issues with some of the properties we looked at, things I never would have figured out on my own. Even though I was out of town, the paperwork and inspections went smoothly, and I'm now the proud owner of a cute little townhouse that suits me perfectly.
