We cannot say enough wonderful things about Nina and the incredible experience we had working with her. Nina was AMAZING. Right from the start she made the challenging and stressful process of buying a house as easy as possible. Nina was amazing from the first discussion (over Zoom, I was buying in the area prior to moving from out of state.) She is very knowledgeable about the various areas in the Triangle and pointed out issues with some of the properties we looked at, things I never would have figured out on my own. Even though I was out of town, the paperwork and inspections went smoothly, and I'm now the proud owner of a cute little townhouse that suits me perfectly.
