We heard about Mikaela from friends of ours who had a great experience with their home sale. We decided to work with her on our sale and couldn't have been happier. She provided good, unbiased feedback throughout the whole process and helped us navigate the pricing and staging for our home. Mikaela also provided great resources for the pictures and videos of the home which really made a difference in how things looked online. Mikaela did a good job of understanding what was important to us in the sale of our home to help us make good decisions. I know every sale is different, but we were able to get multiple offers on our first weekend thanks in large part to Mikaela's efforts and guidance. I would definitely endorse Mikaela to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.

My husband and I recently sold our home in Raleigh and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor to represent us. Mikaela worked tirelessly to help us throughout the entire process. From the initial phone call and visit to our home, she was prepared with comps, communicated throughout, and gave us the advice we needed to stage our home for selling. The work on her end and ours paid off in the end and we had multiple offers after the first weekend on the market. I knew I wanted to use Mikaela as our selling agent because I had seen the results of her efforts with a friend's home. We are new to the idea of "staging" our home and have previously simply de-cluttered and kept it looking nice for showings. However, the staging was part of the key to the successful and quick sale! It took a bit of work on the front end to prep the home but in the end made all the difference in selling so quickly. We are so thankful for Mikaela's hard work, knowledge, and professional advice throughout the entire process. Thank you Mikaela!
