It is hard to believe we just purchased our third home under the stewardship of Susie. This wad my first resale buy in a long time. The process is a bit different then a new home purchase. Maya knows the market and gave pragmatic advice attuned to our preferences. She took the time talking with us about how we wanted to approach selling our house. She organized everything that needed to be done to prep the house for sale and kept the process on track. The house sold for a good price within a month of going on the market.
