From nailing the price point on what we wanted for the sale of our townhouse, to the items that required pros to get the details large and small completed, he was in charge and followed thru with each contractor as to price, and when job would be completed. Working with Aimee and Ashley to sell my townhome could not have been easier nor more pleasant. They were both very professional and fully prepared each step of the way from my initial meeting/interview with Aimee through the closing. I had to do very little in the way of getting people to do the usual tasks like inspections, cleaning, painting. Aimee has all the people ready to go and for very reasonable rates. I only gave 5 stars because Zillow wouldn't let me give 10. Do yourself a favor and work with Aimee and her team.
