Mike was a great realtor for me and my wife. I have dealt with realtors before and Mike was very patient in comparison. We started searching for our next house in 2021 and reached out to Mike at that time. This was the time that housing prices had gone through the roof during the pandemic and Mike was good about managing our expectations. We toured many homes but the bidding wars at that time were intense and we did not find a home we were willing to break the bank to buy. I did have some land we could get a house built and realized we could build our dream home affordably on that land. Mike was very understanding and put us in touch with a general contracting company that built our new home. At the same time Mike helped us sell our original house for a good offer.
