We worked with Michael Sanders for our relocation from Tampa to Angier, NC. He made finding a home in the Tobacco Road neighborhood seamless. If you need a real estate agent in the Raleigh area who knows the market and communicates every step of the way, Michael is the best! Whenever we had questions or a difference of opinion with the builder, Michael without hesitation stepped up and smoothed everything out. I cannot imagine navigating the transition from Tampa to Angier without him. FYI, he also has some great restaurant suggestions too!

Michael Sanders is the best realtor in Wake Forest. We were able to sell our old home with ease and get into our new home. Michael Sanders was very knowledgable and always provided us with various options. He had excellent communication and was always professional. We would absolutely recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.

Mike was a great realtor for me and my wife

Mike was a great realtor for me and my wife. I have dealt with realtors before and Mike was very patient in comparison. We started searching for our next house in 2021 and reached out to Mike at that time. This was the time that housing prices had gone through the roof during the pandemic and Mike was good about managing our expectations. We toured many homes but the bidding wars at that time were intense and we did not find a home we were willing to break the bank to buy. I did have some land we could get a house built and realized we could build our dream home affordably on that land. Mike was very understanding and put us in touch with a general contracting company that built our new home. At the same time Mike helped us sell our original house for a good offer. He was not shy about reaching out to other professionals to get their opinions on staging questions and contractors if you need any items fixed in your home prior to selling. We were very appreciative of his help and highly recommend him if you're looking to sell or buy a house.

Michael Sanders was an excellent realtor

Mike Saunders was an excellent realtor. He was always there to answer any questions and explain the process and next steps. He sold our current house and helped us buy are new home that we love. He is the one to pick when you need a realtor. We moved from Rolesville to Zebulon and he knew both areas very well and was an excellent choice.

Michael Sanders is excellent at what he does

Michael Sanders is excellent at what he does. When we were unfamiliar with what area to explore for our relocation. Mike suggested that we not focus on a house, but instead take some time to learn and explore communities. His plan worked because we were able to narrow down an area for us to focus on, and we eventually bought a house in one of the communities that Mike recommended. Mike often visited our house as it was being constructed, and gave us updates. He even sent video of drone footage that he took, flying over the property to show us the progress that was being made. Mike recommended a home inspector to us , as well as other resources for us to contact. This was very helpful since we were new to the state, and knew few people. Mike became more than an agent to us, he became someone we looked forward to seeing and talking to. Area knowledge, warmth, and professionalism are among his best characteristics. Simply put…Mike’s our guy.
