When my family first moved to Raleigh, Mike made the whole process so much easier. Knowledgeable about the entire area, he was able to find a really great place for our family to land. They still live in that house. Jump to almost 15 years later, my husband and I just bought our first home with his help. Mike is still super knowledgeable about the area and what would be the best fit for us based on our must haves and wants. As first time buyers he was extremely patient with us and walked us through each step. Having worked with Mike before to purchase my first home, I reached out to him early on (well before listing my home for sale) to get some advice on the house sale process and what items could be done preemptively. We are building a home near Wilmington, NC and we were not thinking about putting our current home on the market until October 2025. Through Mike we were able to show the home in July 2025 to a couple who sought us out to find out if we were interested in selling. They made an offer the day after seeing it, and with Mike's help we were able to negotiate a quick sale and get top dollar (so far exceeding what any other property in our neighborhood has sold for). Mike helped us to successfully navigate the repair process, and the sale is now closed. Furthermore, we were able to negotiate a lease back on the home until the new build is complete. Now we can focus on the build process on our new home and the logistics for the move.
