We are building a home near Wilmington, NC and we were not thinking about putting our current home on the market until October 2025. Through Mike we were able to show the home in July 2025 to a couple who sought us out to find out if we were interested in selling. They made an offer the day after seeing it, and with Mike's help we were able to negotiate a quick sale and get top dollar (so far exceeding what any other property in our neighborhood has sold for).
