What made Erica stand out was how genuinely she cared about our comfort in every stage of the process. From showing us houses that came very close to all we wanted to taking me to a restroom when we were waiting for the inspections to be completed on the house we did want to buy. We felt like a friend was working with us to find our new home. When we went to the final walk-through before closing and found that the house & yard still had stuff that needed to be removed, Erica got on the phone with the sellers agent & read him the riot act. Then she negotiated an extra $1000 to compensate for the inconvenience caused by having people still working on our property even after closing.

I have sold many homes and Kristen stands out as a best broker who commits her work professionally with attention to detail with no fear of hard work. This house was in probate and took one year to go through court process and Kristen was patient and always checking on the house (I live on the other side of the country) and setting up the house for sale.
