Rachail is incredible.. this is a new build home in a brand new community, Rachail was there every step of the way… pre construction choices, design center and every stage of construction to closing. Excellent. A true joy to work with Rachail.

We were introduced to Gale Milgram (KW) through Jewish Moms of Maitland FL Organization. From the outset, Gale provided professional and friendly guidance through the process of real estate purchase in the Central Florida area. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of properties available in this area, and as we toured the homes through, some through 1:1 appointment, and others through several "open houses", she made herself available, touring homes , providing guidance and "points to consider' in re. pros and cons of each potential home purchase under consideration. She also provided professional "points of contact" through her network of mortgage brokers, inspectors, and home repair specialists in the Maitland, Lake Mary, Heathrow, Sanford, Longwood, and De Bary areas. Many other real estate colleagues also knew Gale and her associates at KW well and this facilitated the introductions. It was our first time buying a home and Kim was incredible during the whole process. We searched on and off for several years, Kim was a great resource and worked quickly to get us in to see prospective homes. Kim is a wealth of knowledg, she was able to explain the minutia of buying a house in a easily understandable way. Kim always kept us updated in real-time every step of the way. Jamie was extremely helpful during my home buying process. This is my 3rd experience buying a home and she has been the most responsive, answering my texts almost immediately or calling me within the hour when needed, helping me get to do tasks done like estimates and ordering the inspection, reaching out to help with homeowners insurance, coordinating with the mortgage company (even when I switched companies) seamlessly and just generally being a support to me. I am very grateful for her help in making this such a quick and smoothe experience for me and my family. I would absolutely use her again if I need to buy another home and recommend her to anyone needing an involved agent!

What made Erica stand out was how genuinely she cared about our comfort in every stage of the process. From showing us houses that came very close to all we wanted to taking me to a restroom when we were waiting for the inspections to be completed on the house we did want to buy. We felt like a friend was working with us to find our new home. When we went to the final walk-through before closing and found that the house & yard still had stuff that needed to be removed, Erica got on the phone with the sellers agent & read him the riot act. Then she negotiated an extra $1000 to compensate for the inconvenience caused by having people still working on our property even after closing.

Good realtor. I wasn't sure about something during the negotiation and she helped me figure out how to keep more of my money and in a way that the buyer was happy with.
