Kristin was great during the whole selling process! I was debating selling my property because it's been a fairly long process for most properties in my area, but I noticed that Kristin had just sold two properties within a short period of time just down the road from me. I reached out to her and she was very responsive and stopped by my home to go over the process and how long she thought it would take to sell my property. She gave me the amount she felt I could get, which aligned with what I also thought was a reasonable amount. I signed the contract with her and she immediately jumped into action by listing the property and doing social media postings. Even though a similar condo in my complex was on the market for over 1.5 years, Kristin had mine in contract within 34 days!!! I just closed on the property and Kristin was there for the entire process, making it a very easy process for me. Kristin was absolutely the best person to get my place sold and I couldn't be happier!!
