Throughout the purchasing process, he communicated clearly and professionally with all parties involved, he was easy to reach with questions or concerns, and he kept me informed and updated. He negotiated a very complicated deal with patience and expertise. He went above and beyond what I would consider a realtor's job - sending reminders for tasks I needed to complete; researching HOA doc's, inspections, and other important details; visiting the property several times; and finding professionals from other fields to assist when needed. On top of all that, Mike is a great guy, good-natured and positive. It was a pleasure to work with him. Through his efforts, I felt confident the purchase was the right one for me. Karen is a very invested agent who works tirelessly to satisfy her clients. She is creative, innovative and constantly looking for unique ways to advertise and market your property. Jessica from day one was a Fantastic agent to work with! She first started working with us from a distance( 1000 miles away ) by video walking thru a number of houses with us. We then developed a plan and route of houses we were interested in seeing for our visit.
