Jessica from day one was a Fantastic agent to work with! She first started working with us from a distance( 1000 miles away ) by video walking thru a number of houses with us. We then developed a plan and route of houses we were interested in seeing for our visit. Her knowledge of the area, and market, in both older and newer houses as well as properties and builder was top notch. We were back and forth on buying a home or build on a property and ended up purchasing a home and Jessica was with us every step of the way, answering questions, running down recommendation and being a true professional all the way! Rob was amazing to work with! As a first time homebuyer, I wasn’t really sure what questions to ask, what was to be expected, etc. Rob and Melanie (his Transaction Coordinator) were there with me every step of the way to answer questions and help me through the process. I bought a condo, so there were additional steps and I had quite a few questions. They acted as a liaison between me, the condo association, and the seller and clearly communicated with me regarding any issues. In an age when many of us rely on text and email, Rob was great at picking up the phone. He personally went with me to the inspection, walk-through, and the closing. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

Delivered as Promised! Rob sold my house in 2 or 3 days and for a couple thousand dollars over listing price!! Rob is a skilled negotiator with extensive local knowledge and an expansive network of contacts. Rob was very responsive through the entire process and provided invaluable insight.
