I bought a condo, so there were additional steps and I had quite a few questions. They acted as a liaison between me, the condo association, and the seller and clearly communicated with me regarding any issues. In an age when many of us rely on text and email, Rob was great at picking up the phone. He personally went with me to the inspection, walk-through, and the closing. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!
