My name is John Park and I worked with Kerry Wood as my realtor to purchase the property at 801 S. Greenbrier Street Apt #319. As a first time home buyer, I was new the process and had many questions. Kerry walked me through the basic during our initial meeting, and continued to be a trusted advisor for me and my girlfriend throughout the process. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and overall down to earth personality made it a pleasure to work with her in touring homes and making offers. Furthermore, Kerry was a huge help to us in pointing out anything that should raise an alarm. For example the first things she did when touring a home was to check for the HVAC age, plumbing, etc. so as to catch any gateway issues before we even considered making an offer. We really appreciated Kerry's honesty, as she was direct about whether or not she thought the property was worth it, regardless of outcomes. Kerry's willingness to help me even after I moved in really reflected her dedication to me as a client, and I really appreciate her going above and beyond for me to introduce me to excellent contractors and cleaners. I also want to applaud Kerry for her prompt communication methods, at any point during the process she never left a text unread for a a couple of hours, and I was able to get real time support throughout. Truly enjoyable experience for me, would recommend Kerry to everyone especially first time homebuyers as she is truly a 5 star agent!

Being an immigrant first time home buyer is such a daunting thing, given that I could have not asked for a better realtor than Malin who made it as smooth as possible! Here are my reasons why you should have Malin with you on the process! 1. Clarity in the process : I would have literally asked 10,000 questions from the beginning of the process till the closing. Malin had answered all the questions not in a word but always with a brief explanation - This helps you give clarity and confidence to go through the process. 2. Responsiveness & Pro-activeness : He always responds, like always, there has never been a time we said that we are waiting to hear back from Malin. And he was always proactive with the next steps, when we had a tough seller, he always came up with options on how to move forward tackling the situations! 3. Being honest! : I think it is very most important, because Malin did not set me up for unrealistic expectations (I wanted a single family house in Arlington with a big yard for 450K duh!!!). He helped us to pick our dream starter home :) 4. Negotiation skills : This was the best thing! he added clauses when and where it is needed, as mentioned above he always came up with solutions and stood for us and made us so comfortable in taking the decisions. 5. Arlington Expertise : He knows the in and out of Arlington. He helps you understand everything you need about the county and the comps which was really helpful! 6. Last but not the least, he is an awesome friend too! he always goes above and beyond for recommendations, I have reached out to him for recommendations from door bell to an electric light. Even after the closure I know I could reach out to him for any clarifications or questions! All said he is the best out there!
