We were so impressed with his services, we retained him to list our second home and were never disappointed. His knowledge of the local market and experienced advice helped maximize our listing. He was personally invested and committed to providing materials and the time and effort to maximize the appearance of our unit and get it on the market quickly. He provided a professional photographer at no extra cost. He organized an effective series of "open houses" after previewing our upcoming listing, using multiple listing databases to maximize interest and exposure. Tobin remained in constant contact throughout the sale of our unit by telephone, email, and by providing regular statistics on the number of "looks" at our listing. He primarily relies on his positive reputation and "word of mouth" recommendations to represent his clients, both sellers and purchasers, as well as his "Veteran" status, which enables him to beat his competition's realtor fees, resulting in real savings for us.
