Jake was amazing to work with. It was our first time buying a home so we truly had no idea what we were doing or where to even start. Jake is super knowledgeable and great at walking you through how things work, it definitely helped ease our minds. He quickly learned what we liked and didn’t like and was able to help us ultimately find the perfect home! From the search process to the millions of paperwork to the walkthroughs, he was great to work with and his team was incredible helpful too. Selling a home is generally never an easy experience, even under the best of circumstances. In our case, the home had been in our family for 51 years and held a lifetime of memories, family, and most everything I can remember from my childhood. Plus, we lived 3.5 hours away from the home.
