Jake was amazing to work with. It was our first time buying a home so we truly had no idea what we were doing or where to even start. Jake is super knowledgeable and great at walking you through how things work, it definitely helped ease our minds. He quickly learned what we liked and didn’t like and was able to help us ultimately find the perfect home! He also has a knack for making what appears to be a mountain of work, like selling a house during the offseason (September), an easy and painless experience; he had us under contract in less than a week. To go beyond that we closed only one day after the original closing date through his relationships he has built in the industry making dreams come true!
