Real estate teams in VA, 24060

We had a great experience with Jake Hinson as our realtor. We have worked with a lot of realtors and were very impressed with Jake. He is honest and listened to our needs. We felt like he was very proactive and genuinely cared to find us the best possible property. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with my home buying experience working with Jake and his team. From our very first conversation, it was clear he genuinely cared about finding the right home for us, not just closing a deal. He was knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions (and there were a lot), and always made us feel like a priority even in a competitive market. His negotiation skills and market expertise made a real difference, he helped us navigate a few tricky moments during the process with confidence and a clear plan. He was also incredibly responsive to calls and texts, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. The only minor note I’d add is that he’s clearly in high demand, so we occasionally had to work around a busy schedule and appointments running a bit late. It was a small inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, and honestly a testament to how many people trust him with their home search. Overall, I’d recommend Jake and the Hinson Team to anyone looking to buy a home. His expertise and dedication made all the difference, and we’re thrilled with our new house!

Jake was very knowledgeable about the local market and provided excellent advice concerning competitive pricing. He shared information quickly and offered informed guidances on reviewing the offers. I felt with his real estate and life experiences, he anticipated my questions and concerns. I would recommend Jake for any buyer or seller!
