Sallye Trobaugh will always be my go-to real estate agent because of her expertise, market knowledge, utmost professionalism, communication style, negotiation skills, and last but not least because of her sincere care and consideration for her clients! She recently helped me sell and buy, and I could not have been more appreciative and grateful to Sallye because she made the whole process of selling and buying be smooth and stress-free, and for always making herself available to answer my thousand questions. I would highly recommend Sallye or any of Trobaugh Group Realtors's agents.

Jody was very professional, accurate, knowledgeable, and easy to work with highly recommend. She was able to find the perfect land . Always provided weekly updates to my portal that were right up my alley.

Jenna and Kate were absolutely incredible to work with. We relocated to Virginia from Washington State, and they made one of the biggest and most stressful parts of moving across the country feel seamless and easy! The minute I found their profile I just knew we would be a great fit! They stayed in constant communication and were so helpful in connecting us with anyone or anything we needed, as we were unfamiliar with the area. They gave their time to show us so many houses in many different areas and their insight into the communities and school districts was so helpful. Their knowledge, commitment and understanding of our family's situation was so special - we truly felt like more than just clients! Five stars for Jenna + Kate 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! I'm honestly just a little sad that our time working with them is over - as we're moved and settled into our wonderful home - and we have them to thank for making it happen! 🤩 100% recommend for any of your selling or buying needs! 🏠

From my experience she has been the best agent I've ever worked with. She makes communicating with the other party very clear and very easy. She also isn't shy in pointing out things that many other people buying houses wouldn't like so he makes sure you get the house you want or type of house you are looking for. One thousand percent recommend this agent every time.
