Our house-buying journey started with a spontaneous showing (set up through Zillow) of a new build home around the corner from us, which a different firm had previously ghosted us on. When we tried scheduling another tour, we ended up linking up with Luke. Although we were very interested, that first home didn't end up working out timing-wise with the lease on our rental, so we'd kind of said "oh well" and shrugged our shoulders. To top it all off, Luke gifted us an annual family pass to the local children's museum after closing that truly had us over the moon with how thoughtful it was.
