Cathy Ballew did indefatigable, passionate work for my wife, me and our daughter Elizabeth in seizing a brilliant listing for among others, a two-month-old granddaughter. They needed it fast.Ballew and Elizabeth spotted the ideal four-bedroom, two-bath candidate the moment it appeared and grabbed it. The owner wanted it sold two weeks. Elizabeth got it. Cathy was all over the lot in making it happen. One day after the closing Baby Scarlet was in her new crib.
