Tricia is an amazing person. She worked hard with us to purchase a new house and sell our old house. She was go between for 2 very difficult buyers. She took the brunt of the nonsense from an inexperienced and obnoxious agent which led to a sale that fell through and helped us move on with the back off offer with minimal effort from us. Selling/buying a house is still stressful, but Tricia makes it as easy as possible.

As a first-time home buyer, I was a little hesitant, Goran explained the process and steps and milestones. which first looked very complicated but he guided me through the process and explained what was next. He has excellent market knowledge and contacts/teams who helped me over the phone. I was able to get the keys in just 3 weeks. That was faster than I had thought. Goran you made it a simple, superfast and painless process.
