When my husband and I were looking into buying a home in Utah, we were referred to Sheri. She looked for homes in the areas where we were interested in, using our criteria ( price, size, lots, the fact that we were out of state) with the utmost professionalisn. Dean helped me navigate a very intricate 1031 exchange using CA property for UT property. He was patient through two transactions that fell out of escrow. He never seemed too busy for my questions and took time to explain things throughout.
