When my husband and I were looking into buying a home in Utah, we were referred to Sheri. Dean helped me navigate a very intricate 1031 exchange using CA property for UT property. He was patient through two transactions that fell out of escrow. He never seemed too busy for my questions and took time to explain things throughout.
