She had great recommendations about pricing, found several comparable condos to look at, had to do a lot of communicating with a seller that was out of the country at the time. She has extensive knowledge about appraisals as well. We had many questions along this process, as this was an investment purchase for us and she helped so much. We were looking at condos in a development and she had been inside and sold several other units very close to the one we were looking at. She did great getting us showings. All contracts were sent quick. We loved working with Brittney. She has so much experience in the home buying process. Very knowledgable about the market conditions, quick to communicate with us and very professional. She was definitely an advocate for us and we felt like a priority for her. Would use her again and highly recommend. We didn't work at all with anyone other than Brittney, so I can't speak for Berkshire Hathaway as a company, but Britney was a great representative for them."
