Amie did an amazing job helping us sell our house in St. George. She put in a lot of time and effort throughout the entire process and was always willing to go the extra mile to get the house sold. We really appreciated her hard work, communication, and dedication. I would definitely recommend Amie to anyone looking for a great realtor!

I spent my career in residential finance. Over those years, I have worked with thousands of real estate agents. Amie Larsen would rank on the top of the heap without a doubt. She is a true professional. She is very knowledgeable and wouldn’t hesitate to always exceed her clients expectations. Going above and beyond the call of duty. She helped us find the perfect home for us, and then helped us negotiate with the seller until the keys were handed to us. She didn’t just stop there. She followed up with post-closing issues, and helped us get to know our community. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amie to list or buy your existing or future home.

I cannot stress the value in having an experienced agent that was able to help us negotiate on a home that had sat on the market for 3 years and started $80,000 higher than we got the home for. Amie also helped us assume the sellers 2.75% interest rate because she researched the details behind the scenes of the home that the seller had an assumable loan and helped us not back down when the lender tried to deny you of the loan and disputed it and fought back and proved that we did in fact qualify and should have that benefit. The sellers agent never even brought up that we could assume the loan. That reduced interest rate saved us more than $600/mo on top of what she saved us in negotiating the offer price. Amie is amazing and I strongly encourage anyone who needs a hard working, experienced, and knowledgeable agent, to give her a call!
