Amie also helped us assume the sellers 2.75% interest rate because she researched the details behind the scenes of the home that the seller had an assumable loan and helped us not back down when the lender tried to deny you of the loan and disputed it and fought back and proved that we did in fact qualify and should have that benefit. The sellers agent never even brought up that we could assume the loan. That reduced interest rate saved us more than $600/mo on top of what she saved us in negotiating the offer price.
