Jennifer is an amazing agent who handled all aspects of a complicated home sale efficiently and effectively. She is an excellent communicator with all parties involved, and she did extensive behind-the-scenes work to save a contract that would have otherwise fallen apart due to multiple mistakes by the buyer's mortgage company. She appreciated the historic nature of the house she sold for me in spite of its condition issues, and she marketed the historic aspects beautifully in a way that created great interest and resulted in multiple offers. I would highly recommend Jennifer and am very grateful to her for everything she did for me with this sale!

My wife and I would recommend Sarah Thomas without hesitation to any prospective home buyer or seller in the Salt Lake area. She is quite easy to work with, highly professional, and clearly experienced. Given her in-depth knowledge of the Salt Lake real estate market, she gave us very useful advise for marketing our condo. She also provided us with invaluable assistance in arranging for some necessary home repairs. Our home went under contract in about two weeks! Lisa didn’t stop there, she continued to coach us through the negotiation phase until closing. She was always available to answer any question we had and walk us through all the options and scenarios. Lisa was worth every cent of commission we paid! I would recommend using her for sure!

We talked with several agents over about one year as we grew close to putting our house on the market. When it came time, we choose Debbie. She is very genuine and made the process so easy. She knew what items needed to be touched up and what did not. She is easy to contact and quick to get back to you at anytime. She had our windows cleaned for us and our house had a lot of windows. She also gave us great contacts for painters, stagers, etc... all making the process smooth and quick. I joked at times and said Debbie is my phycologist/relator as I needed reassurance about selling our home during a Pandemic! But she did it, quick and painless.
