She is an excellent communicator with all parties involved, and she did extensive behind-the-scenes work to save a contract that would have otherwise fallen apart due to multiple mistakes by the buyer's mortgage company. She appreciated the historic nature of the house she sold for me in spite of its condition issues, and she marketed the historic aspects beautifully in a way that created great interest and resulted in multiple offers.
