Fabian helped my friend find her new house. I was so impressed. When I wanted to sell my house I called him. He is personable, responsible, and always polite. He explained my options very well and presented my house like a pro. He negotiated on my behalf and my house sold in 6 days. He was present when I signed my closing docs and gave me a nice thank you gift. I forgot to mention he also gave my friend a nice gift for her new house. Fabian, left a very good impression. I highly recommend him.

This was our first time buying a house and we had no idea what to do. We called Susan and she got the ball rolling for us very quickly. She is very personable. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the process of buying the house, the area, and the homes. She was on point!! She was always ready to help with what ever we needed.
