When I sold my house Cindy was able to provide me with the current market values along with excellent insight. She wasn't all about the sale, and even suggested waiting based on what would be the best financially for myself. She was always available, and willing to provide her opinion on the real estate needs. Often you find realtors will not give you the straight answer in fear of losing a quick sale. Cindy provide rational advice at all times.

This is the ninth house that my wife and I have purchased and it was a very different situation from any earlier purchase. Cindy helped us get a feel for the area and was extremely patient as we struggled through the task. Eventually she helped us hone in on the best area and the best home option. She was supportive and helpful as we went through all the steps of closing and she helped us identify qualified mortgage professionals and inspectors and even did the walk-through for us since we did a remote purchase.
