Chad is an absolute legend! My girlfriend and I moved to SLC from North Carolina and we were in a tight situation to find a spot in a city we knew nothing about with only a little over a month to spare. Chad spent a couple weeks running around to properties we would find online, and after realizing that I would not be able to come see the place outside of FaceTime before purchasing, Chad fully embraced how much faith we were putting on his opinion... Having someone who was confident enough to say "this isn't right for you" even though we loved what we saw, made us that much more comfortable when we finally pulled the trigger on a condo downtown. He knew what we were looking for better than we did and I can't imagine our move going as smooth (or enjoyable) as it did without Chad behind the wheel! To top it off... this guy knows everyone so if you end up wanting to have a couple things done to your spot, Chad's got ya covered!

Marie is the most amazing realtor we could've imagined! She was attentive, very responsive and constantly kept us in the loop. She was easy to talk to, both in person and through text and phone calls. She was patient with our list of requirements for a new house and made sure she met every one of them with the houses she showed us. In the end, she found us quite a few amazing homes to check out, including our dream home that I am currently writing this review in. We had so many issues come up during our home purchase due to problems with our previous home's buyer's funding process. Marie handled each one of them for us, keeping us calm when we were panicked about deadlines and extensions. She even recommended a broker to us who was able to get us the most amazing deal I have ever heard of on a mortgage. The agent who closed our transaction was shocked by how well Marie had pulled everything together for us through a difficult sale to ensure we were able to purchase our dream home. We don't plan to leave this house for a long time but, if we ever do, we will certainly call Marie and we will be recommending her to anyone we know buying a house. Thank you so much, Marie!
