Jennifer is an amazing agent who handled all aspects of a complicated home sale efficiently and effectively. She is an excellent communicator with all parties involved, and she did extensive behind-the-scenes work to save a contract that would have otherwise fallen apart due to multiple mistakes by the buyer's mortgage company. She appreciated the historic nature of the house she sold for me in spite of its condition issues, and she marketed the historic aspects beautifully in a way that created great interest and resulted in multiple offers. More advertising for the subdivision would be helpful

John was very knowledgeable about helping us get our home ready to be put on the market. He was very professional and knowledgeable about market conditions, our neighborhood and what type of buyer would be interested in purchasing a home in our location and price range. John personally held many open houses and always provided us with the details of each showing. He was always available to answer our questions and/or concerns and gave us honest feedback and advice.
