Michelle is by far the most knowledgeable, versioned and hardest working Agent I have worked with. From the beginning she provided me with prompt, detailed and numerous options. She arranged many visits to properties and with her eye for detail, was able to counsel me on pros and cons for each property. When I chose the home I wanted, she worked tirelessly to ensure the VA loan got approved. Not just that, but she insisted that the roofs to both the garage and house be replaced at seller’s cost. There were times when she assisted the loan team and ensured everything was done. I can call my house a home with my family thanks to her efforts and impressive job as my realtor.

John was very knowledgeable about helping us get our home ready to be put on the market. He was very professional and knowledgeable about market conditions, our neighborhood and what type of buyer would be interested in purchasing a home in our location and price range. John personally held many open houses and always provided us with the details of each showing. He was always available to answer our questions and/or concerns and gave us honest feedback and advice. John always had our best interests in mind and was very helpful in helping us make the right decisions to sell our home. We talked with several agents over about one year as we grew close to putting our house on the market. When it came time, we choose Debbie. She is very genuine and made the process so easy. She knew what items needed to be touched up and what did not. She is easy to contact and quick to get back to you at anytime. She had our windows cleaned for us and our house had a lot of windows. She also gave us great contacts for painters, stagers, etc... all making the process smooth and quick. I joked at times and said Debbie is my phycologist/relator as I needed reassurance about selling our home during a Pandemic! But she did it, quick and painless. Her advice has saved me thousands on my own purchases and has helped me to get the properties that best matched my goals. She is a powerful negotiator and has been a key resource to have in the industry. UPDATE (March 2022): Just bought our first investment property. Becca's knowledge not only of the market but also of the other long agents in Utah helped us provide the chosen bid among the stiff competition in the current market! We could easily go to some of these "cut the agent out and save" services to buy/sell real estate but Becca's knowledge/experience is worth EVERY dollar she gets paid.
