Natalie was very professional and helpful! Very attentive and understanding of our needs and offered timely solutions to issues that came up! Selling a house can be a very stressful situation but she mitigated a lot of that stress by being on top of things! Would absolutely go through her again and plan on it in the future!

Shirley went above and beyond in helping us purchase our first GTM home! From making sure everything agreed upon in our contract was followed through on to ensuring our home was ready for closing day, she truly went the extra mile. We’re so grateful for all her help, attention to detail, and dedication throughout the process. Thank you again, Shirley! We appreciate everything you did to help make this experience such a positive one!

Stephanie went above and beyond. She was super knowledgeable and was always available when we had questions. She made the process smooth and easy explaining every detail along the way. Through all her hard work we have our dream home. She's the best of the best!!!

We would recommend anyone to Haley. She made the whole process so easy to understand and advise us on contract language that we signed. We had our home on the market with another agent for several months and had very little action. We had 3 offers approx. 1 1/2 months after Haley put it on the market. She seems to know how to get your home out there and marketable. One of our offers came from Florida, so we know she has a broad network.

We recently sold our 1 acre modern farmhouse with Tricia and she had us under contract in half the amount of time as our comp homes in the area. She took her time with staging and photos to ensure that we had the best marketing materials possible and she followed our listing closely after we went live on the market. Not only is she skilled at the logistics of selling a home, she treats you like family and pays attention to all of the small details that go into the sentimental part of selling your home. Tricia is the best of the best at what she does!

Goron is a professional, he’s very dependable, and always answer calls either by text or simply will call you right back. He doesn’t make you wait. I was very fortunate to have be a part of the Townhome I bought. He was never late for any of our appointments we had with staff of Dawson Place. He’s honest and pays attention to details. I had a wonderful experience with Goron. I highly recommend him as your realtor..he’s the real deal. In fact, he helped me move without any complaints. Folks, you’ll be very satisfied by using him as your realtor.

Mary will always have your back if it’s selling or buying your home. She very professional and always makes sure you get what you want in the end and goes for the best deal on the table. Thanks Mary for always being there for us.
